CLOVERLEAF: ACQUISITION OF RYVER TO MAKE WORKFORCE COLLABORATION EASY AND EFFECTIVE
Scottsdale-based technology firm, Cloverleaf Networks, is acquiring Ryver, a team collaboration platform, to enable team efficiency and all round technological performance as part of their growing network. According to Cloverleaf, they made careful considerations in selecting another company into their fold to improve connectivity offerings. Thus, the acquisition of Ryver will allow for one space where IT managers in various businesses can manage online systems while enhancing partnerships by their personnel. Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Cloverleaf Networks, Joe Faherty says: “Cloverleaf is already helping companies operate more profitably with our connectivity aggregation platform (CLOE) ending the nightmare of providing, managing, and securing multi-office Internet services.
