Scottsdale-based technology firm, Cloverleaf Networks, is acquiring Ryver, a team collaboration platform, to enable team efficiency and all round  technological performance as part of their growing network.

According to Cloverleaf, they made careful considerations in selecting another company into their fold to improve connectivity offerings.  Thus, the acquisition of Ryver will allow for one space where IT managers in various businesses can manage online systems while enhancing  partnerships by their personnel.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Cloverleaf Networks, Joe Faherty says: “Cloverleaf is already helping companies operate more profitably with our connectivity aggregation platform (CLOE) ending the nightmare of providing, managing, and securing multi-office Internet services.  Ryver lets remote teams work like they are in one building and control systems like they were on-site.”

Cloverleaf are working toward a 60-day plan to provide the collaboration tools needed to users of the Ryver collaboration platform and a newer version that  further enhances collaboration as well as the functionality of voice and video on the platform.

“This is a huge leap in workforce management to fully integrate data from the wire to the work group and one company and one platform .  Space with cloverleaf and river combined IT managers business managers and teams at all company levels will save countless hours and millions of dollars because doing their work is now so much more efficient,” Faherty added.

The company shows appreciation to all stakeholders and contributors who made input to help them develop better Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) performance.  They hope to make this opportunity available to even more people in the foreseeable future.
