CHANGES IN BOARD OF DEFINITVE HEALTHCARE ANNOUNCED

Healthcare commercial intelligence firm, Definitive Healthcare Corp., says they are making changes to their Board of Governors in a recent shake up of the company.

These changes will see current Co-chief Executive Officer at Medidata, Sastry Chilukuri, become part of the board as Managing Director of 22C Capital, Randy Winn, vacates his position on the board.

Mr. Chilukuri has about 22 years of experience within the health tech space including his run as Co-CEO of Medidata since July 2021. He is the founder and president of Medidata subsidiary, Acorn AI and serve as a board member of Cyclica, a biotech firm.

Furthermore, Mr. Chilikuri is a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a Master of Science from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) from the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) in Varanasi, India.
