ZOOMTOPIA 2022: ZOOM PRESENTS NEW FEATURES TO IMPROVE WORK EXPERIENCE

Video conferencing platform, Zoom Communications, Inc., is officially inaugurating Zoomtopia 2022 to introduce the latest features and abilities integrated with their application. The in-person event takes place the San Jose Convention Center on November 8th and 9th, with the theme “Explore New Dimensions”.

New features such as Zoom Mail and Calenda (ease of access to emails and schedules), Zoom Spots (continuous, virtual co-working space), Zoom Virtual Agent (troubleshooting AI chatbot), collaboration with Zoom One (workspace collabs), and Zoom IQ Virtual Coach (sales) are introduced to address various challenges identified by the company. The release for most of these features is targeted at the start of 2023.

“As global organizations adapt to how, when and where they work, it's critical that human communication remains a top priority to drive business strategy forward. Zoom is built to make connections possible, effective, and meaningful. This year, our team created and rolled out more than 1,500 features and improvements on the Zoom platform that improve the way people connect with each other, between them and their organizations, and between them and their customers—ultimately opening the door to creativity and collaboration,” comments Chief Executive Officer for Zoom, Eric S. Yuan.

Zoom also allows developers to create applications that can be integrated into the app to offer “power innovative video solutions”. Zoom Developer Platform Enhancements will be the out-doored tool to assist in creating and pre-installing apps for various groups and monetize via the Zoom App Market. Zoom Apps will help developers connect to and assist businesses.

Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Warner Bros. Discovery, Dave Duvall, and Principal Analyst for ZK Research, Zeus Kerravala, shared comments on how the platform is advancing hybrid working through their respective organizations. Jointly, both executives speak to the advent of collaboration tools to assist in the delivery of quality results on both ends.

IBM JOINS HANDS WITH RAPIDUS TO ADVANCE CHIPMAKING IN JAPAN
