YELLOW.AI MAKES HEADWAY AS PLATFORM BOASTS OVER 222K USERS SERVED

Conversational AI platform, Yellow.ai, says their platform has recorded over 222,000 clients who have been connected to public organizations through their platform. This has also led to a surge in the need for AI chatbots to handle customer service conversations.

The platform is most dominant within audience in the Middle East where they are integrated into the systems of governments departments. They report that the last two quarters have seen more than 13 million conversations on delivery services.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Co-founder of Yellow.ai, Raghu Ravinutala, says the need to address several queries each working day has necessitated the creation and implementation of this platform to allow for convenient servicing and problem solving.

“Public sector organizations need to address numerous queries daily, and doing so manually is a time-consuming task. At the same time, citizens have a growing expectation of being able to conveniently avail government services. That's where Conversational AI can step in to improve efficiency and human productivity, streamlining the process of delivering citizen services digitally while keeping humans in the loop.

“We have seen a huge surge in traction from Middle Eastern government agencies, and our deployments are helping address some very unique use cases by bringing power to citizens' fingertips on channels that they actively use. Also, the company has seen an increase in the use of conversational AI in audio form. They have recorded dominance in “automating customer support, filing documentation related to government entities, booking services, raising complaints, making payments, and locating branches and offices”.
