CAPGEMINI AND UNITY PARTNER TO ACTUALIZE INFUSING METAVERSE INTO BUSINESSES
Tech service provider, Capgemini, and virtual reality content operator, Unity have partnered in a campaign to help businesses in exploring and take action on opportunities provided with immersive and metaverse experiences.
Jointly, the companies would have the task of setting up “sector-specific solutions and professional services” that improve
experiences for clients and employees alike (consumer goods & retail,
manufacturing, life sciences, telecommunications, media & technology,
energy & utilities, financial services, and public services). They would have to work together to implement this strategy as well as
“grow the global talent pool in these fields.”
Chief
Innovation Officer at Capgemini and Group Executive Member Committee, Pascal
Brier, made comments on possibilities in their business.

experiences open a whole universe of possibilities for our clients across industries,
from enabling more emotional connections with consumers, and reinventing
employee experience and collaboration, to optimizing engineering, manufacturing,
and operations using digital twins,”
“Shaping sector-specific use cases and developing them
at scale will require expert technical and operational capabilities. We are
thrilled to partner with Unity, one of the major engines of the metaverse, to
enable our clients to realize its real business value.”
Senior
Vice President and General manager at Unity Create Solutions, Marc Whitten,
expressed excitement toward their partnership. He further commented that their
“real-time 3D solutions” coupled with Capgemini’s capabilities will usher
businesses into a new form of engagement with clients.
