ALIBABA CLOUD AND DATA MYNT TO ADVANCE CLOUD AND WEB3.0 USE IN AFRICA AND LATIN AMERICA

Cloud service provider, Alibaba Cloud, is teaming up with digital payment platform, Data Mynt to further promote the use of cloud and crypto options in Africa and Latin America.

Both companies seek to achieve traction and future success based a three-part operations procedure: to allow for Alibaba Cloud service payment through Data Mynt’s cryptocurrency option; to present Data Mynt’s service to the Alibaba Cloud clients; and to advance cloud and Web3.o as an option for businesses in and around Africa and Latin America.

“With the massive adoption we’re seeing in African and Latin American markets, this partnership supports both Data Mynt and Alibaba Cloud’s emerging markets strategies while solving major pain points for Alibaba Cloud's customer base today,” said Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Data Mynt, Alex Christian.

Again, President of the Alibaba Cloud Intelligence International, Selina Yuan, say, “Partners have always been a key focus for Alibaba Cloud, and we are committed to providing them with strong support for our ongoing co-creation and value-add - both technologically and commercially - to further empower our customers.”

Data Mynt also aims to ensure efficient and secure payments with a variety of cryptocurrencies available to Alibaba Cloud customers. They have established local presence in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, Mexico, and the Philippines to provide the needed assistance to businesses. Online access is available via their application on Android and iOS stores.
