NETWORK INTERNATIONAL, INFOBIP TO PRESENT WHATSAPP FOR BUSINESS BANKING SERVICES TO AFRICAN CUSTOMERS
Digital payment provider, Network International has partnered
with global communication service provider, Infobip to introduce to financial
institutions in Africa WhatsApp for Business banking services. The agreement is
said to help financial institutions connect to customers using a dependable
source while delivering “world-class support and seamless services in a personal,
timely, and reliable manner.”
From
their release, the service speaks to helping individuals control their
financial situations more quickly and safely using their chatbot technology. This will permit banks to use WhatsApp as a means of
reaching customers easily.
