LATRO PARTNER WITH UZBEK IT MINISTRY TO IMPLEMENT DATA ANALYTICS CENTER

Global Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) front runner, LATRO, says its U.A.E subsidiary, LATRO FZE, is partnering with the communications and technology wing of Uzbekistan to initiate a data analytics platform using AI/ML.

The partnership between the Republican Center of Control of the Telecommunications Network of Uzbekistan, and the Ministry for Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan will see an investment of $2 million. This will assist the ministry in addressing voice fraud as well as ensuring safety, security and service quality.

The Uzbek ICT ministry also held its annual ICTWEEK event at the Silk Road International Tourist Center, Samarkand.

 According to the Minister of Development of Information and Communication Technologies of Uzbekistan, Sherzod Shermatov, the event shed light on quickly improving the country’s IT sector using new technologies and giving young employees a shot at developing the sector.
