ARRAY TECHNOLOGIES SELECT TRACY JOKINEN AS PART OF THE COMPANY’S BOARD
Clean energy and tech firm, Array Technologies, has chosen Tracy Jokinen as a representative on the company’s board. She is said to replace the founder of the company, Ron Corio, effective Tuesday, October 8.
Mr. Forth appreciated the efforts, time and commitment
shown by Mr. Corio during his two-year stint with the board. He also declared
excitement toward the appointment of Ms. Jokinen as he praised her achievements
and

in financial leadership roles. Tracy has served as the Chief Financial Officer
for both public and private companies. In her past CFO roles, Tracy focused on
accelerating growth which will complement Array’s current strategy well,” says Chairman
of Array Technologies, Brad Forth.
He
continues, “Tracy also brings board experience to Array, serving as Audit Committee
Chair for multiple companies. We are confident that Tracy’s financial expertise

Tracy
Jokinen graduated from the St. Cloud State University -Herberger Business
School. She has served as a leader in finance for companies such as Vyaire
Medical, Acelity, and G&K Services. Her financial background and experience
spanning two-and-half decades has proven useful to previous companies.
Currently, she forms part of the board for Alamo Group Inc. and Candela
Medical.
