AICUDA TECHNOLOGY AND ALTOS COMPUTING AGREES TO COLLABORATE IN ENSURING ENHANCED SURVEILLANCE MANAGEMENT FOR CLIENTS

AI-powered video analytics firm, AICUDA Technology, is striking a partnership with Acer’s AI cloud computing subsidiary, Altos Computing, to combine their expertise in manufacturing high-end software and hardware components.

The partnership is said to use the Amplifier Acceleration Technology provided by AICUDA to improve Altos’ operations while sorting out issues regarding video performance, network speed, and image recognition.

Furthermore, artificial intelligence and machine learning tasks are executed effectively based on Altos’ solution portfolio. This allows for the execution of multiple calculations quickly and simultaneously. Altos, together with other video management software (VMS) vendors, look to present high-quality security for its clients.

“We take pride in our joint efforts with Altos to address the current pain points in AI computing and intelligent video monitoring and work tirelessly together with their team to ensure that we can offer both our customers optimized solutions,” says Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of AICUDA Technology, Jasper Chiu. “We deeply value our partnership with Altos and are happy to see that we can extend this partnership globally, including Europe, Middle East and Africa.”

Chief Executive Officer of AICUDA Technology, John van den Elzen says, “Digitization is one of the mega-trends and video is the world’s largest generator of data. Especially in surveillance as the number of cameras continues to grow fast. Only a fraction of all the video footage is currently monitored and this leaves important data overlooked…”

“The only way to handle all that data is to use the processing power in the Altos intelligent computing solutions and combine it with our Amplifier Acceleration software. The partnership with Altos helps us and our customers to unlock valuable insights from video and ensures that captured video is receiving proper attention and follow up action,” she explained.

Again, President of Altos Computing Inc., Jackie Lee says the partnership will afford government institutions and other important facilities the leverage of monitoring and gathering intelligence to take appropriate action. He furthers that their “joint intelligence solutions” will highlight the importance of AI while giving clients a commercial advantage.
