ABSA BANKING LIMITED PARTNER WITH NCINO, USE PLATFORM FOR ENHANCED RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Cloud banking solution provider, nCino, Inc., has been selected by Absa Bank Limited to provide automated, single point support for its business processes and offerings to customers.
Absa Banking Limited will incorporate the use of the
nCino Banking Operating System® to make activities such as debt case management
and portfolio reporting efficient while strengthening relationships with
customers. nCino will provide Absa with their cloud-based platform to make this
happen and to improve customer service.

introduction of nCino will provide Absa with a single centralized workflow
solution, which will streamline its internal processes,” said Regional Vice
President at nCino, Kate Jane Johnsen. “I am eager to see the results of this
partnership in action.”

Banking platforms, by far, are making use of cloud
