ACCEDIAN AND CISCO PARTNERSHIP TO IMRPOVE ZAIN KUWAIT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Analytics and customer solutions provider, Accedian, is teaming up with Cisco, a computer networking firm, to assist digital service provider, Zain Kuwait, in automating features in their network and service for enhanced customer experience.

Based on this partnership, both Accedian and Cisco will fuse their technologies to achieve the said objective. Accedian Skylight merged with Cisco's Crosswork Network Automation platform will setup a path to “help meet its B2B customers’ needs proactively. The partnership will grant Zain Kuwait with unparalleled visibility into its own network,  offer service assurance ‘as a service’ and improve automation

In a statement, Vice President of sales for EMEA at Accedian, Gerhard Auer, says that the joint collaboration with Cisco will be beneficial to and targeted at providing a seamless customer experience with Zain Kuwait. He also states that they will help increase visibility and of “joint solutions ‘as a service’”.

Furthermore, Managing Director for Telcos and service providers, META at Cisco, Mohamed Tantawi, reiterates the company’s position in helping businesses like Zain Kuwait to attain significant growth and improved service delivery.

To do so, we were keen on leveraging our rich partnership ecosystem to proactively act on quality of experience issues and introduce more automation into our daily operations that will drastically enhance our B2B customer experience and provisioning,” says Chief Technology Officer for Zain Kuwait, Nawaf AL-Gharabally.

“That requires full visibility and deep, granular insight into the full reality of what's happening in our networks. Since our B2B customers also require this type of granular visibility, we have collaborated with Cisco and Accedian to meet this need for our business customers by offering them this service through a customer portal.”
