NETOMNIA TO BOOST NETWORK CONNECTIVITY UK’S BRISTOL AND WREXHAM
UK fiber broadband operator, Netomnia, is announcing the setting up of its full fiber multi-gigabit network in Bristol, Wrexham, and adjoining communities. Netomnia’s plan is to invest in these areas to increase seamless access to its fiber broadband services.
A media release states that works have begun in the
suburbs of Bristol and Wrexham, with other communities to follow in the process.
The company is targeting 159,000 premises for Bristol and 40,000 premises for
Wrexham to provide an unwavering, accelerated broadband speed to its network of
users among other benefits.
Netomnia continues to expand its full fiber
infrastructure across 50 exchange areas in England, Scotland, and Wales, with a
planned initial rollout in Northern Ireland. This will connect all four
countries in the UK to their network. The company has also partnered with other
networks to enable quick distribution.
Chief Executive Officer at Netomnia, Jeremy Chelot says, “We are passionate about providing access to fast and
reliable broadband to attract further talent to the local area, enable
businesses to work more effectively, and provide more ways for people to communicate
with ease.”
Furthermore, he states that their full
fiber services will increase connection speeds as it presents reliability in
access. He also states that the
expansion will be of benefit to future generations. A sum of over £400 million
has been acquired by Netomnia and ISP, YouFibre in undertaking this expansion
project.
