DIGITAL COMMERCE DEVELOPMENT: ACCENTURE ACQUIRES THE STABLE

 Accenture has acquired commerce agency, The Stable, into its fold as a way of strengthening its continuous investment in the commerce sector for accelerated growth and sustenance of business relevance.

A media release has stated that the addition of The Stable will bring on board over 400 personnel with expertise that brings about “revenue and efficiency” for brands that serve different markets.

"The closing of our acquisition of The Stable signals the strengthening of our commerce capabilities,” said Accenture Song’s global lead for commerce services, Glen Hartman. “The depth and breadth of our commerce expertise will enable us to continue to meet clients’ demand for commerce experience reinvention in a way that matches the ever-evolving relationship between customers and brands.”

Furthermore, the statement disclosed that The Stable has a commitment to assisting clients in making and operating their digital commerce channels along with managing business performance in North America. The news of their acquisition was announced on July 13 this year.

The two brands look forward to making great changes in businesses together.
