PHILIP GIORDANO APPOINTED TO XEROX BOARD

The Board of Directors at Xerox Holdings Corporation has appointed Philip Giordano to be a part of the company’s board. This appointment was revealed via a statement circulated by the company.

As per comments, the Chairperson of Xerox’s Board, James Nelson expressed pleasure toward the appointment of Philip Giordano and stated that his addition to the board will be of help to the firm in the future.

“Xerox is pleased to announce the addition of Philip Giordano to our Board of Directors…His depth of experience as a value investor will support our corporate strategy in the years to come. We look forward to the insights and perspective he will provide.”

In appreciating the call, Mr. Giordano said: “Xerox is a name synonymous with innovation and redefining the workplace experience for its clients…I look forward to collaborating with the Xerox team and my fellow directors as we plan for the company’s next stage of growth.”

Mr. Giordano graduated with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from New York University. He started his career as an analyst at Citigroup in the investment banking division He also served with the Deutsche Bank for 11 years, with his former position as a senior analyst for the Distressed Products Group.

Currently, Giordano is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Livello Capital Management. He served as the Head of Distressed Research at Goldman Sachs, a global banking and financial service firm, where he identified key investable themes and opportunities for the team to explore, trade execution, and portfolio and risk management.
